Advice and Aid Pregnancy Center’s 8th annual Walk for Life
The Advice and Aid Pregnancy Center’s 8th annual Walk for Life is next weekend, Sat. May 12. The AAPC helps women and their families face an unplanned pregnancy by providing truthful information about parenting, adoption, and abortion. They do not perform abortions but offer alternative solutions and real help to people facing an unplanned pregnancy. They are a wonderful organization. This annual fundraiser helps them raise needed money since their services are of no cost to the women who need them. Check in is at 8:30am and the walk begins at 9am. The location has changed this year. It’s at one of the AAPC’s locations in their parking lot. It’s at the Foxhill Medical Building at 4601 W. 109th ST. which is SE of Roe and I435. To register, just go to www.aapcwalk.org. It’s really easy to register. You can walk on my team or start your own. My team name is Mother’s Circle and we’re registered under Sacred Heart Church and I’m the team captain. I have pledge packets available or I can let you know how to get one. It’s a 2 mile walk and kids are welcome. You can just pledge money for yourself or you can get other people to sponser you, too. The more money raised, the better. If you can’t make it but would like to sponser me or another walker, please let me know. You do not have to be a part of Mother’s Circle to walk on my team. Thank you!
