Scrip to end

Dear Sacred Heart Community,

Scrip at Sacred Heart has raised over $100,000 since its inception in 2000 thanks to dedicated volunteers and customers. As such it has assisted over the years in contributing to the financial needs of Sacred Heart as a whole.

It is with a heavy heart therefore that I wish to inform you that as of 4/22/12, the Scrip Program at Sacred Heart will cease. For a year now, requests have been made to find a replacement coordinator but no inquires were made and after 10+ years as coordinator, my heart pulls me in other directions.

Scrip will still be available for purchase at the church office Monday – Thursday except Thursday  4/5 and Monday 4/9 and after any weekend Mass until 4/22/12 except Easter weekend. Church office hours are 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.  All outstanding generic scrip balances will be honored but actual certificates must be submitted for redemption. If you cannot find your actual certificates, please contact me at weareblessed@everestkc.net. If there is a discrepancy in the remaining balance, my records will be the final determinant. No returns of merchandise will be allowed without prior written approval from Maureen Goetz.

Inventory will be limited but orders can be made to get items not on hand if paid for at the time of order until 4/16/12.  We will not accept exchanges or returns without prior approval.
